1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BATZA website (batzaa.com) or placing an order with us via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Orders

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
• Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after BATZA sends a confirmation message.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR/Rs.).
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at order confirmation is binding.
• Payment methods are communicated at time of order confirmation via WhatsApp.
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be confirmed before order completion.

4. Delivery

• We offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka.
• Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• BATZA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• Delivery address must be provided accurately. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Provide a photo of the damaged/incorrect item.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of BATZA and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BATZA does not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

8. Limitation of Liability

BATZA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law.
