Our Founder's Story 🌿

A passion that grew into a purpose.

I was born and raised in a remote rural village where opportunities were very limited. This inspired me to dream of creating opportunities for others through entrepreneurship. Today, our business has created employment opportunities and contributed to the development of our local community.

During this journey, I completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Management and Entrepreneurship. Throughout my four years at university, I conducted various research projects and gained valuable knowledge and practical experience. The knowledge and insights I gained inspired me to establish BATZA.

At BATZA, we are committed to producing high-quality, safe, and innovative food products that customers can trust. We continuously strive to maintain the highest standards in everything we do.

We believe that business should create value for society. Therefore, a portion of our profits is dedicated to supporting the education of children in underprivileged rural schools.

My long-term vision is to take Sri Lankan products to international markets, earn valuable foreign exchange for the country, and contribute to the economic development of my motherland while creating a better future for future generations.
